MEDITATION FOR FERTILE LIFE

Man made of material body and spiritual body.  Spiritual body means only thoughts, no more than that, we can say Mind. Mind leads the man. Mind - Emotional, Intellectual, Memory, The sense of ' I '.  If the mind is all right, the body is also all right.  MEDITATION related to mind. 
Healthy mind in healthy body.  If we want to achieve perfect MEDITATION we should maintain body health.

Before 1972 I was coward, timid, inferiority complex, fearful, dull minded, etc.  I used to sat hours together in the year of 1972 for deep MEDITATION. My way of thoughts, mental attitude, quality and nature of mind changed.

I am not the monk or saint.  I am having the right to share my real experiences and knowledge to the world.
